If a power bank does not properly eject from the station, please send us feedback by following these easy steps:
- افتح تطبيق فزعه على المحمول
- انتقل إلى Feedback < Help Center < Menu
- قم بمسح رمز QR الخاص بالمحطة ، أو أدخل الرقم التعريفي للمحطة
- Select feedback type from the list
- Enter a valid phone number or email
- اكتب وصفاً موجزاً للمشكلة
- قم بإرفاق صورة لمحطة التأجير
- قم بإرسال ملاحظاتك

تقدم فزعه بنوك الطاقة للإيجار وليس للبيع حسب الشروط التالية:
- The first 15 minute charge is for free (once a day)
- After the first 15 minutes, an additional charge of SAR 5.75 (لكل 24 ساعة)
- A total of SAR 50 VAT included من حساب المستخدم بعد مضي 72 ساعة (three days rent fee + power bank cost).
- It is expected from users to return the units within the first 24 hours to enable more users to enjoy the service.
- تحتفظ فزعه بالحق الكامل في الاحتفاظ أو تغيير شروط الخدمة
تقبل فزعه طرق الدفع التالية:

- بطاقة مدى
- بطاقة ماستركارد
- Vouchers
You will be asked to top-up your e-wallet using a valid credit card with SAR 99 plus applicable VAT before starting the rental process. After you return the charger, the amount will be deducted from your e-wallet based on your rental duration. If you wish, you can withdraw the remaining balance back to your credit card.
The balance is withdrawn from your e-wallet by following steps:
- افتح تطبيق فزعه على المحمول
- Go to Menu > My wallet > Withdrawal
- Enter the amount to be withdrawn.
- The balance will be withdrawn from your wallet and returned to the card account.

تحتوي وحدة بنك الطاقة على ثلاثة (3) مخارج شحن مختلفة:
- مخرج (Micro-USB)متوافق مع بعض الهواتف والأجهزة المحمولة
- مخرج (USB Type-C); compatible with most of current mobiles & handhelds
- مخرج (Lighting); compatible with current Apple mobiles
يمكنك استخدام أي كابل شحن من نوع (Micro-USB) لإعادة شحن وحدة بنك الطاقة.
يمكنك الاحتفاظ بالوحدة لمدة 3 أيام (72 ساعة) كحد أقصى. بعد ذلك تعتبر الوحدة مفقودة. نبدأ حساب مدة الإيجار فور انقضاء أول 15 دقيقة.
وفقًا لشروط وأحكام الخدمةبعد انقضاء 3 أيام (72 ساعة) من وقت الاستئجار، تعتبر فزعه أن وحدة بنك الطاقة مفقودة، ويتم خصم تكلفة الوحدة SAR 54 + رسوم الإيجار لمدة 3 أيام SAR 45 + (ضريبة القيمة المضافة)من حساب المستخدم.
يمكنك إعادة الوحدة إلى أي من محطات فزعه المنتشرة حول المملكة العربية السعودية. يمكنك تحديد موقع المحطة الأقرب عبر تطبيق فزعه.
