FAZAA terms and conditions are a set of rules and guidelines that require agreement to access FAZAA services. You need to read and understand all of the terms and conditions before creating an account and using the services provided by FAZAA. If you do not agree on any of the terms and conditions, please do not access FAZAA mobile application and the official website. By accessing and using our application App and/or services, you agree on all of FAZAA terms and conditions listed below.

Age requirements – before signing up

All applicants must be at least 18 years old to sign up and access our services. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental consent sign up. Parents or guardians need to read and understand all the terms and conditions before signing up. They are responsible for all acts of their minors when using our services, and FAZAA is not responsible for any problems occurred by the minors.

Personal details when signing up

You are required to provide and fill up all personal information upon signing up. All information given by you must be accurate and complete. Make sure all information given is correct before you complete the sign up process. You are responsible to update your information from time to time as needed. We have the right to check and verify information provided by you. We reserve the right to reject your application without providing any reasons or notify you if you provided wrong or inaccurate information.

User Authority – Should and Should Not

Your user account is owned by you and is for your personal use. You should not allow another person to use your rights in FAZAA. If a third party uses your power bank renting account with FAZAA, FAZAA will not be held responsible for any personal injuries, risks, death, or damage to any property caused by our FAZAA Power Bank.
You should not transfer your user account to another person and let another person access your user account and use its services. You should not share your user account login identification and password with another person. FAZAA is not responsible for any loss of account details caused by the user, such as user failure to protect the security of his/her account details.
If you violate the rules and regulations of law or the terms and conditions of FAZAA, we reserve the right to reject application, terminate, or freeze users accounts and forfeit users deposit without providing any reasons and/or notifications.
You must e-mail us at info@fazaa.co if you discover an unauthorized access to your account. Any unauthorized access to your personal account is not our responsibility and we have the right to investigate.

Minimum balance amount requirement

A minimum balance amount of 50 SAR VAT included is required to use the power bank service of FAZAA. To ensure user’s responsibility while using our service, you will need to top-up your e-wallet with the required amount of 50 SAR before renting a Power bank – All Rights reserved and can be changed by FAZAA. The user account must maintain at least 50 SAR to continue using FAZAA rental services. The user can’t rent additional/extra units of FAZAA power banks at the same time. Terminated accounts will receive a refund of the balance amount. This deposit is refundable if the user decides to stop using our services.

How to top up your e-Wallet

Start FAZAA mobile application, and scan the QR code of one of our vending machine/power bank stations. You will be prompted to select your banker and sign in with your bank account details to proceed and top up your account credit. All payments will go through third party payment gateway to manage the payment.
We do not give any permission, license, or authorization of any person, agent or company to collect any type of fees, and/or top up the e-wallet, except for HyperPay. All payments directly go through HyperPay for processing and management. Please report to us if any third party, agent, or company collects payment from you by cash, or online banking, or by any other means.

Withdraw your e-Wallet balance

You may withdraw your balance by submitting a withdrawal request from My Wallet. Select Withdrawal option, It will show the available amount, Enter the amount you want to withdraw, or proceed to withdraw entire available amount. Confirm the amount and submit the payment withdrawal request. The requested amount will be withdrawn to the registered debit or credit card within 24 hours, depending on the bank. Note that it is not possible to withdraw the amount or part of it after 14 days from the date of depositing it in the wallet. Contact us via mobile or email if the amount is not credited to the registered bank account within 72 hours.

Rental Fees

We offer an initial 15 minutes per day for free, and the rental fee is 5.75 SAR VAT included per day. FAZAA reserves all rights to keep or change its service terms. To enable a large number of users to enjoy this free-of-charge rental service, users need to return a rented power bank after using it so others can enjoy the service too. If a power bank is not returned within 24 hours, then an additional 5.75 SAR will be charged for the second day. Similarly, it will be charged 5.75 SAR for the third day. A total of 50 SAR VAT included will be charged to users after 72 hours (three days rent fee + power bank cost + VAT).

Usage of Service

Every user can rent a single power bank unit at a time, depending on the availability of power banks at the vending machines/stations. A users is not allowed to rent multiple power banks at the same time

User Manual

User should take responsibility of their own actions when using our power banks. While renting a FAZAA power bank, please read the instructions carefully. You should handle the power bank with care. FAZAA power banks serve the function of charging your smart phone. Our power banks are not waterproof. Do not expose the unit to liquid or drop it. Please avoid exposing the unit to heat, fire or direct sunlight, as hot temperatures might break it. Don’t try to open, damage, repair, or customize it in anyway to avoid breaking it or harming yourself. Turn on the power bank and make sure the LED light indicates 3 levels of battery before leaving the vending machine/station.
If you discovered that the rented unit is defective, please return it within 5 minutes from pickup time. Defects might include a damaged enclosure, mal-function, a broken cable or any other defects. A user will be completely responsible for keeping the rented unit safe and intact. FAZAA will forfeit user deposit if the power bank unit is damaged by the user. FAZAA will reserve its rights.

Termination of account & withdrawal of balance (user)

You can terminate your account and withdraw the balance amount at any time. All withdrawals and refunds will be made through FAZAA App. We do not allow a third party to handle the withdrawal and/or the refund process following the service terms and conditions.
You must open FAZAA mobile application to fill in your personal and bank details in the request form. Make sure your name, identity card, and bank account details are correct before sending your request. FAZAA will not be responsible for any problems caused by user failure to fill in the correct requested details.
You will receive your payment within 24 to 72 hours from your withdrawal request time. The withdrawal is only for service termination and to receive back your balance. If you did not receive your refund for more that 72 hours, please feedback to us through our email info@fazaa.co and we will act immediately.

Withdrawal option is only valid for those who did not violate the rules, regulations, law and terms and conditions of FAZAA services. No withdrawal is allowed for users that didn’t have the balance amount (forfeit the balance due to misconduct).

No expiry date of deposit

There is no subscription fees or expiry date for using FAZAA services, and FAZAA will not forfeit any deposit if no transaction was recorded over the past 12 months in the user account.

Forfeit deposit/termination/freeze account – by FAZAA

If a renter violates the rules, regulations, law or service terms and conditions of FAZAA , it reserves the right to reject application, terminate, freeze user’s account and hold or forfeit the deposit without providing any reasons of notification.

User responsibility

You are not allowed to put FAZAA power bank units for lease or sale without our permission. FAZAA reserves its rights and will take action against those whom misuse our services, or power bank units, or try to make profit from our products without our permission.

Responsibility limitations

As FAZAA is a service accessible by a large number of users, FAZAA will not be able to avoid having some defected units or service failure completely. Expected interruption of service might occur and might include network related issues, system failure, equipment damage, service maintenances, system upgrades, unexpected repairs and service breakdowns. FAZAA foresees unexpected issues which might cause service downtime or users loss. We try to solve the problem as fast as possible if it happens, but we can not promise a specific date for fixing issues beforehand. Please report to us any unexpected issues.
Some of the power bank units provided by FAZAA might be defected and we can not prevent this from happening as these units are used by a large number of users. We can not make sure all power bank units in all vending machines are working properly at all times. FAZAA is not responsible if a defected item should bring risk, cause injury, death, loss to you, to others, or properties.
To avoid all problems, users must check the rented power bank unit and make sure it is functioning properly and safely before leaving the vending machine/station. You should return the unit back within 5 minutes from the pickup time if discovered that the unit is defective. Defects might include a damaged enclosure, mal-function, a broken cable or any other defects. Please contact us through FAZAA app or, our email support@fazaa.co if the rented unit is defected, or is not functioning properly. We will investigate the issue and take action.

Revision of the terms & conditions

FAZAA has the right to revise its service terms and conditions from time to time. We will notify all users of the revised terms and conditions by email or our official website, and the new terms and conditions will apply to all users immediately. You can terminate your account at anytime if you do not accept our revised terms and conditions. We consider your continuity of using our services and not terminating it as an acceptance to our revised terms and conditions.

Risk – computer virus

We are not responsible for any damage and/or loss caused by computer viruses after accessing our official mobile applications App, websites or emails.
